Preheat oven to 425.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Switch to kneading with greased hands as it forms a ball.
(Optional: If you are freezing half of the dough for later, slightly flatten half of the dough onto a piece of plastic wrap and wrap. Wrap the dough with a second piece of plastic wrap. Place it in the freezer.)
Divide the dough and place it on 2 greased 12" pizza pans. Or on one greased jelly roll pan. I like to grease my pans with bacon grease for extra flavor. Let the dough rest 5 minutes.
Spread the dough out to the edges. Top with sauce, meat, cheese and seasonings.
(Optional: Let rise 30 minutes for fluffier crust.)
Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until done.
