Breakfast quiche recipe is a hearty, homemade breakfast great for holiday hospitality!

Breakfast Quiche Recipe

Servings 6


  • 1/2 pack breakfast sausage, browned
  • 4 slices bacon, fried
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Swiss, cheddar or colby work well
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 9 inch unbaked pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  1. Brown sausage and drain. Fry bacon and crumble it. Shred the cheese. 

  2. Prepare pie crust in the pan and flute the edges.

  3. Combine meats, cheese and flour in a bowl and mix well to coat everything in flour. Spread this filling into the crust.

  4. Using the same bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and onion powder. Whisk or mix well. Pour this over the filling. 

  5. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let it set for 10 minutes before serving.
